Chants's Journal, 14 August 2007

Day 1 of my Own Diet went well! As it was detox day, it was liquid only! I did battle alittle bit at dinner time but I managed to go the distance and stick to my guns and I eventually got through it!

I feel slightly peckish this morning as I had my breakfast at 6am out of complete boredom! Breakfast this morning was a medium mango and a boiled egg with 1/2 a tomato!

I feel great and keeping positive! Thanks to all my buddies and goodluck for their day ahead too!

Sounds like a good start...what kind of exercise are you doing? If you haven't really done anything, just adding a little will make a huge difference. The key is exercise, b/c if you slip a little, the exercise can help compensate. Good luck!!

I don't actually do an exercise program as such because I just do not have time in my day to set aside for it, instead, I clean my offices after work... believe me 1 hour of polishing desks, hoovering and cleaning windows and I am shattered, not to mention dripping with perspiration! My boss has a laugh because I put on my ipod and I'm away dancing and cleaning at the same time! Oh and the occasional very off key singing!!! hehe! I also do a little bit of walking 15 minutes 3 times a week at a fairly fast pace (just short of actually running!).
