Having a bad snack day. For some reason, fruit snacks are calling my name tonight lol. I find after I weigh and lose, the next day or two I eat more than I should knowing that I won't officially record another weigh in for two weeks. Bad habit to get in to I know, but that's my thing I guess. I am not going to get to down about it. Just do better tomorrow.
