I've continued to lose weight on the SBD. I also lost my job...and I think that has contributed to my weight loss too. But, it has been a good diet...in that it keeps me eating when I don't feel like it. Anyhow- I weighted 256 at the beginning of the year...and now I weigh 237. I've lost most of the weight since starting the SBD less than a month ago.

So sorry to hear about the job loss, even though it was a bad experience, something good came of it. Keep up the good work and hang in there!
