Great day today...I have officially clipped the 20lb to go mark. I had a great leg workout doing 540, 630, 675, & 700lbs 10 times for my last set on the leg sled.....Hit the Arc-Trainer for 15 minutes after a leg workout, needless to say my legs feel like Jello. I even ate healthy all weekend and stayed right around 2400 calories....Feeling great!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 May 2010:

Wow, sounds like quite a workout!...you're on the right track! BTW, I see that you take a lot of protein, I only take 2 portions, one when I wake up and another after workouts...is it too little, should I take more or less? what do you think?

JC I have been told a gram of protein per pound of body weight for a daily intake guide. I am currently taking in about 220g a day and wish I could get more. Make sure you take a serving before bed, as this is the time your cells are in need and recovering. I think you will be amazed at the effects. I am only on week 6 at the gym after a 7 year lay off and I am killing it. Look into Scivation products....I just started them and they are really worth the $. Hope this helps man!
