Flax meal hot cereal is not all that low in carbs. Going to have to find a lower carb breakfast that isn't eggs.

I can only eat so many eggs. My time is pretty limited in the morning too. This summer I started making whey protein shakes/smoothies that have worked perfect for me. I still try to eat breakfast on days off but the shakes are perfect commuting breakfast and hold me until coffee and a snack at 9-10-ish.

Okay, if you swapped out the Honey-Roasted peanut butter for Planters Natural (3 net carbs per 2 Tbsp serving) you'd drastically cut the carbs of the cereal. I am going to try this on my next day off.

Thanks for the feedback. Helps knowing I'm not alone. Will have to look into the whey protein, thanks :) I did swap out the honey roasted peanut butter for regular peanut butter but it isn't something I can eat often. The texture leaves a bit to be desired.
