Weekend wasn't as expected.
On saturday my gf was determined all of a sudden that she needed/wanted to go to Laredo TX (it's about 2 hrs away) so we went and I almost behaved well if it wasn't for a slice of pizza and some chinese fried chicken (with a little rice)...ohh and a beer!.

I tried to make it up by doing a vigorous gym workout yesterday...it did felt good, and boy did I sweat!

Ohh man!...hopefully I'll still see a loss on my weigh in on wednesday...I've been adhering to the allowed foods and following all guidelines, so I feel comfortable.

I bought some clothes and was happy to see that my change in muscle is showing and now clothes seem to fit much better.

I also bought some fat measuring caliper, and saw that I'm in a "Fair" rating..it's very reassuring because I'm certain that I have a heavy skeleton structure, thus making my BMI inacurate....definitely helpful!

The weekend seems to take a toll on us :) It doesnt sound like you strayed to far and your work out should help a lot. You are doing great, you are aware of what you are eating, doing great with exercise, now if we could go from Friday to Monday and skip the weekend we would do even better....but thats no fun. :) Good Luck on your weigh in...drink that water.

No worries....this is the first weekend that I was actually good and it paid off. I finally broke under the 20 lbs left mark today. As long as you worked out yesterday, your body should burn off the carbs and fat you ate! Keep up the great work!
