I think it's hilarious that I just started my first challenge and a friend shows up to botch up my weight loss.. Now all I want is Mexican food. THANKS! :P

You can have Mexican food. Just omit the beans, rice and tortillas. The rest is pretty much acceptable. But I know what you are talking about - I love good Mexican food. I also love Atkins. It's all about learning how to eat the foods you like while following the plan.

I completely butchered my plan. I ate all the bad things yesterday and split them up between lunch and dinner. *sigh* KILLED My carb content and binged. Was it good? Oh yea! Do I regret it? OH YEA! After seeing what I'm eating on a regular basis makes me realize "Wow.. THAT's why I'm still fat" lol
