Ugh! I'm kinda pissed at myself bc i totally SUCKED at eating healthy today... my mom offered to by pizza today and i was like oh my goshh yes!!! NEWAYS i totally went over my goal of low cal foods and lots of water and i spent all day sleeping so i did absolutely NO pilates which sucks and school hasnt started so sports isnt an option :(... I NEED MY BODY TO LOOK LIKE CASSEY HO'S!!!!!!!seriously look at it..

Dude! Where do I start?! 1. Cassey Ho's body is developed by hours of fitness, routine and discipline daily. I don't know her from Eve but her body and lifestyle are her own. I don't know your goals but they should not be to look like her. Consider YOUR goals. If it's weight loss concentrate or something like BMI though that doesn't always work for everyone. My focus is to be able to be active and have sufficient energy for my day without relying on caffeine. 2. Your weight history chart indicates your weight is declining. One day of overdosing on pizza is not going to throw all that away. Don't make a habit of it but don't throw yourself under the bus. I like to give myself mulligans (do overs) and start again. 3. I hope your mom can support you in making healthy eating choices. Pizza isn't horrible but the cheese can contribute to constipation. That doesn't help anything. Talk to you mom about maybe helping by getting the pizza cut into smaller slices or dishing out appropriate servings along with fruit and/or a veggie salad and then immediately putting the additional pizza in the fridge. Out of sight; out of mind. 4. I am concerned about your use of "thinspiration" as that is a catch phrase among people with eating disorders. Thin is not always healthy. 5. I'm wondering why you were sleeping "all day." If you don't consume enough healthy foods your natural energy levels will be low and can mimic depression. Also movement even just going for a walk or climbing some stairs will kick in some energy though you've gotta stick with it to get it. 6. Don't let weight loss be your focus. It is a means to an end. The end is to be healthy. 7. Finally, I'm not saying all this because I got all the answers or that I'm perfect. I just saw your post and was concerned for you. There was something in it that screamed out to me that you are a very precious young woman who needed to know you are not alone and that there are people and God who care about you. Even though I don't know you I hope you get at least that much. You are cared about.

ohthanks :), lol, i didn't mean i wanted to look exactly like cassey, i just like the way the muscles look and her excercises are super fun and i was just sleeping all day cuz i screwed up my sleeping patterns by staying up all night (like im doing right now) the whole summer by watching tv and stuff and now i get super tired whenever its daytime and i cant sleep at night cuz im too rested.
