Got into a size 16 jumper in River Island today :) first time for a long time, realised that loosing weight could be a very expensive thing. Especially where clothes are concerned. I have also noticed that I seem to do fine with eating till it comes to lunch, especially if its lunch out and then it goes to pot. I need to make better eating out choices.
