Headaches...
I did because I had altered my diet significantly so gone was a lot of the sugar and processed foods. After a couple of weeks my body had adjusted and I was head ache free. But consider if anything else could be causing your headaches.

how to share a meal
if they click on you as in your screen name, they should be able to view your diet calender, they can then select the date in question. it wont show them how to cook it but it will show them what you've ate for that date.
Or you could simply send your buddy a message with the recipe

Who wears biker shorts under dresses? (can we talk about chaffing?)
Hello,
Here in England (I'm presuming your Americans, sorry if I'm wrong) there is a massive craze with leggings under skirts, be the skirts short or long. Some are so thin you can wear them under dresses too depending on your dress. We have tights (Pantyhose) but getting them in a size that fits can be a nightmare especially if you have larger thighs. Also have the creams, lotions and potions, never tried them personally, have heard through the grapevine that they don't work very well though.

Also your right, women don't talk about this. In fact bringing this up with my mother was a bit weird as who do you go to for advice but your mother? She just told me to rub some cream on it but didn't specify what cream or how to stop it happening in the future and looked at me like I was a mutant child
