I missed excercise alltogether yesterday! Time just got away from me. I will give a good go at Curves today!!! I am down another pound this week. I will take the loss no matter how small. This week was not a good week for me as far as excercise. My mind wasn't in it. I will do better now!!

I am finding it hard to think up dinner ideas!!! It's hard enough, but when you are trying to think along healthier lines, sometimes I just can't come up with an idea quick enough. I do have frozen meals in the freezer on occaisions when I don't fix a WW friendly meal, but I don't like to do that. If anyone has ideas about how to come up with healty meals let me know. If you have favorites that you fall back on let me know too. It's so much easier when you can be prepared.

Soup! I make several kinds of low point soups (1-3 points per serving) and freeze them in individual servings. That way I always have a low point meal (or snack!) that is only minutes away. And the great thing about soup is that it is so filling. Come summer, I usually rely more on salads because they are so easy to prepare and can be made a million different ways. I buy salmon (1lb) and cut it in 3 pieces. Freeze them individually in baggies. Then saute vegetables or steam them and pan cook one piece of salmon. (or haddock, or flounder, or scrod, or scallops.) Delish!!! Carol

Hope curves went well!!! I find the WW recipe books and even the magazines and website an absolute must with dinner. There are so many ideas there - I can usually be inspired by something....or I try to think of healthy ways of having an old favourite like fajitas but with yog instead of sour crea. - cut the cheese out etc you get the idea :)
