I have yo-yo'd all summer long and now I've gained 10 lbs. I seem to follow my woe better in the winter months, despite the holidays. Please keep me in your positive vibes or prayers. Lots of stress this summer health wise. I'm doing better now. I eat when I'm stressed but I will overcome this again. Still down by 53 lbs.
