I haven't back on here for awhile, got discouraged after the almost 3# wt gain after I started the Express plan. I had pizza twice and was generally BAD. I have been trying really hard to stay on plan but it is hard to get the food some days. My counselor has given me a plateau breaker to try and hopefully it will work because I want to drop this weight faster. I am down 14 pounds since starting, but I am greedy and want more.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Hang in there, you can so it, you have to want it bad enough, then it's enough incentive to keep going, & keep trying. Remember it's ok to fall off the wagon, sometimes, just get back on & keep going. Beanie

I know when I first started LAWL two-plus years ago I was a little defiant. I snuck in foods here and there and drove myself crazy with thoughts of what I couldn't have. Then I told myself that those foods didn't help me lose weight and that I would be able to enjoy them again in moderation after my weight loss. Just remember eating the LAWL way is not forever, and eventually you'll get more yummy foods back during stabilization and maintenance. Hang in there.
