Don't know if the weight is accurate today. I had my hair wet and I drank at least 2 glasses of water since morning. I usually take off 0.5kg for the water I had since I wake up but hair absorbs quite a bit of water. Depending on the length it can be up to 6lbs.

Does not really matter, I am not that nit-picky, just curious. It is kind of fun to do this body math.
My body fat, according to my scales, is 24.4%, less than estimated average.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
