Two and a half more weeks to go with my challenge and 2.4 lbs to go. I will feel VERY accomplished when I make this goal. Positive Self Talk is including the need to get up and move more...even tho I have a lot of desk work to do I should get up and walk or something like clean or straighten up at a quickened rate so I use up more calories for 10-15 minutes. Since I've been eating ice cream I should use a smaller bowl or cup and not take one more bite, better yet switch the sugar fix to fruit. Switch the sugar fix to fruit....repeat...repeat. Buy fruit no ice cream. These are my two areas that need close monitoring... motivation to move more and cutting out too much ice cream.
