My day started off poorly with a huge breakfast and snacks on sugary biscuits. Well, I am preparing myself mentally to start my diet and exercise on sunday. Cleaning out the pantry and stocking up on food and veggies. I would like to do a low carb diet which is also high raw(about 70-80%). Ireally need to lose the weight and I can ony stay motivated if I have a fast weightloss especially in the first month.
Would really like to have buddies in the same weigt range as mine.
