I have been doing this for about 2 months on my phone, now I am activating this page as well to try and really get more serious....I am trying some of everything, I dont want to do things drastically I just want to get to a healthy weight but I like being a big guy. So hopefully this will work for me and this with a combo of drive and help from other ideas I have will help me shed the pounds slow and steady.

We use the iPhone ap, iPad ap, and website. Great motivation :-)

i have been using the app on my phone and the the website. my trainer can look at my diet and leave me comments. its been super helpful, i have be doing it since may 1st, it helps me not guess how many caloires i have aten! just set a calorie limt, and give your self some wiggle room like within of 100 of a number and that way you dont have to be so strict.
