Update: I'm now at -14.1 lbs as of June 12. I would definitely be losing faster with more exercise.
Update: 11.4 lbs as of May 16th.
So far so good.
I'm down 7.4 lbs. There are three things that have been key in my success and will continue to drive me:
1) the iPhone app
2) entering in all of my activity and food, maintaining a daily maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day
3) having both my husband and some great friends entering their food and activity in as well
I'm excited. I'm also keen to buddy up with anyone else who also enters everything they do :-)
I'm 32 and can't be putting my body off anymore. Especially if kids are ever in the picture.

I work with university students. I lead a moderately active lifestyle. My husband and I both gained 20+ lbs since our teens. I don't think I could do this without him!
