I went out for lunch with my friend. We had Dim Sum which is a Catoness food like dumpling and so on. Therefore, I can't either remember or write down what I ate, but I did keep telling myself don't overeat since I was totally loose control last night. Anyway, I will try not to eat anything tonight execept some fruits and see what happend tomorrow!! Cheer up!!
