The night eating is what's getting me. As of today, no more food after 9pm. I'm dreading this. Experts say it takes 3 mos to change a habit. I just hate being so fat. I got a notebook for charting my points and did that first thing this morning. Now, to the bike.

It will be ok, just take one day at a time and never give up on yourself. Try to move your starches and fruits early in the day and save your veggies and small protein for dinner.

Late night eating is hard for me too. Watching a good TV show makes me want to get a snack too. The other night I went over my points so I had a cup of teach and it helped me not to get something else. I have even gone to bed earlier than usual just not to eat. I know the feeling.
