I really need to get one like this. Hubbys scale says I’m 39% bf, 24% sm, 6 visceral fat and a body age of 40-43 lol. No way am I 39% bf. I could see maybe 25-30% but doubtful on the high end. Unless I was like 60% bf to begin with!

Really? Low 30’s I could maybe see. High 30’s I can’t. I want to do a DEXA scan so I know exactly or as close as I can get :). Just have to find time and make sure it’s ok with my team when I see hem at the end of the month. Another surgery, last one I hope, and after that I will do a scan. Fat grafting again so moving the fat up. Dr dislikes my thighs 😂 so he is taking from there. Told him he should just take it all and only use a bit so eh could help me with my fat loss haha. He didn’t think I was too funny 😳😝. I’ll lose about 1/4# of the fat due to impurities. Guess I’ll take it! Lol
