If you are shooting for a LCHF diet plan to lose weight you might adjust those protein grams down to around 20. I also started too high on my protein and then wondered why I wasn’t losing....

please I need those proteins and I lost better when I did not have them too low. everyone is different with this. when I dropped under 50 and was too low on calories I just stalled. most women should maintain 60 grams. but as I said everyone needs to play with their macro's to find how their body works best. mine works best with less carbs to no carbs. fats should be a higher percentage than protein

Thanks for the input. I need to do some more research on the Keto diet, but I know I need to cut back on my carbs.
