Still moving slowly. Had McDonalds for lunch yesterday which wasn't an unexpected meal. Doing well today though. Why must the first few weeks be so hard? lol.
Finished day 1 of the couch to 5k challenge monday, and have been so sore I haven't been able to do day 2 yet. Planning on giving it another shot tomorrow. I guess I need to stretch a bit more before going out. Went for a nice walk in the beautiful sun today though. Better than nothing!
