performance: losing 1.4 lb a week
I was always the girl who could eat what she wanted, when she wanted to eat it. I was never over weight, never had any extra pounds to lose, was always healthy. Then my twenties started. I started at age 20 weighing in at 115lbs. By age 26 it had escalated to 165lbs. I'm only 5'1, so it was definitely heavy. I'm now 28 and sitting at 135lbs. Not bad, but still at least another 15 to go. I'm hoping to get back to at least 120lbs, but most of the weight to lose is in my legs. I'm hoping with the help of WW and this website, I'll get the motivation I need!
