I was always the girl who could eat what she wanted, when she wanted to eat it. I was never over weight, never had any extra pounds to lose, was always healthy. Then my twenties started. I started at age 20 weighing in at 115lbs. By age 26 it had escalated to 165lbs. I'm only 5'1, so it was definitely heavy. I'm now 28 and sitting at 135lbs. Not bad, but still at least another 15 to go. I'm hoping to get back to at least 120lbs, but most of the weight to lose is in my legs. I'm hoping with the help of WW and this website, I'll get the motivation I need!

skinny diet buddies
Wow. I'm seriously surprised to see how many people are in the same boat I am in! The amount of people 5'3 and under is great too. I am just barely over 5', and at my heaviest I was 165lbs. I am back down to 135lbs and although thats not really too heavy, its not anywhere close to the weight I used to be. I'm aiming for 120lbs, but would like to be at about 115lbs. The major problem is, most of my weight gain has been in legs rather than my stomach. I'm often told I don't need to lose weight, but I don't feel comfortable with my current weight, so the weight loss journey starts again.
