Day 4 of 65 Food: 3 Mood: 3.5
Yesterday was not a good day. I was tired and cold. I could not get warmed up no matter what. People must have thought I was crazy because I wore my sweatshirt all day. I also fought to stay awake. My energy was really low. Everything was a complete struggle. Did not even cook dinner like I had planned because I literally thought I would pass out. Went to bed at 7:45 and still I'm tired this morning. I am really hoping that I have not caught the bug going around work.
So today I am in slow Mo again. Been sitting here this morning on my couch fighting to stay awake. My eyes feel like sandpaper, and my throat is scratchy, and a dull throb in my head. Why me? Why now? I can not afford this at all! Uugghh!!
Oh well I will do what I can, and fight whatever it is I have. Be it allergies or a bug of some sort! Two choices are available: fight or lay down and give up! I refuse to give up!!
