Have to lose weight for my health. I have Type 2 Diabetes, non-insulin dependent. My blood sugar levels are much better when I keep carbs low. Sugar especially makes it high and makes me feel bad. No more sugar! Going to do Atkins (again) but have learned that I can't over-indulge, even if there are no carbs. Moderation is the key.
