Stuck to the diet-really well! I did very long cardio workout yesterday along with weights and managed to burn a lot of calories in the process. I burnt about 818 calories yesterday in one session! I have been reading the biggest loser book and it has made all the difference:)
177.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
