I went out of town to visit my family all weekend. It was challenging as far as dieting goes. I went for portion control instead of giving anything up. I didn't lose much, but I didn't gain either, and more importantly I had a great little weekend. And I can't say I regret eating that Banana Cream Pie from the diner, it was awesome.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
