i weighed 204.4 yesterday. my weighin yesterday at 204 was wrong. So consistent weight loss. Not gain today.

Don't worry about the scale, your weight can and will fluctuate up and down about 6-7 lbs a day, lightest in the morning when u first wake up. Focus more on cal counting and high protein and extremely low carb and the scale will give u the results ur looking for....hope ur not opposed to my comment and I haven't upset/offended u, keep up the good work and best of luck to ya
