Started new job March 14, 2018. Not much time to do my check ins or goof off. A typical shift- less than 10 min of sitting. Constant walking, bending and lifting items. Has been very busy up until now. End of August. My slacks I got for work in March, need to be altered (almost 2 in. to be taken in). Work shirts aren't as snug. :)
Eating more fresh veggies and fruit. I have assigned two oops days to splurge on.
