Well I was out of town for a week and walked at the park once while there. I didn't eat terribly but it wasn't as often or as healthy as it should have been. I came home and refused to go to the gym for a week. I was just so tired! Either way, I went back a few days ago and have gone everyday since. Hopefully I keep it up...
