Made it to the gym a few more times this week. Ate decently but not on a good schedule. It's definitely improving, just very slowly. I suppose at least I'm on the right track.
249.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
