Day Two.
Didn't give into temptation and remained on the course. The diet was much better and went to gym.
I will admit that the treadmill beat me down. I started at 5.5 mph with an incline of 3. I adjusted up to six and back down to 5.5 mph with no incline. I find myself counting down the time and mileage to get off it. Wimp.
Also, Rhi and I weighed ourselves. It is official, I am a total lard ass. 196 pounds, perhaps my heaviest weight. Rhi was pretty thrilled about being 129.
I need to remain patient and know that this is a slow process.
