Well good morning, did my weigh in STILL AT 178 LBS. Well at least I didn't GAIN ANY! I worked hard this past week, but still I guess got to work, only 2-3 cups coffee & banana, in the morning, small dinner ( ON SMALL PLATE) ice tea, power-aids, and yes water ( I don't like water ) so will do better next week.
