What a delight to have lost one tiny pound! But. . .it took me three years to lose 35 pounds, at the calculated rate of about .2 per week, so, truthfully, I'm thrilled!
I do love this website and the ability to really KNOW how many calories are going in. I weigh every morning and try to monitor changes against what I've eaten.
