I'll be 50 next month and am tired of being this weight! I need to be more active and eat healthier if I want to fit in my clothing comfortably. I've put this off for too many years and need to get motivated. My husband and I have been asked to host a close friend's son's wedding at the end of September, and I would love to feel good about myself by then - even 5 pounds and less wiggly stuff would be GREAT.
