Had korean style ribs for dinner today, currently at 1780 calories, didn't make the 1700 goal.
Will be working out at lifetime Athletic Tonight, doing cardio and abs.
Looking for to post workout meal.
looks like I'll be around 2k calories.
Will be gradually decreasing calories per day.
