I’m baasaaack!

A few pounds more, but Tarim’ to track my goal - 185#. Which is only 17# away.

I was able to keep my weight under 200# (for the first time in more than 10 years!) for most of the spring and half the summer.

I had another (3rd) spine operation on July 18th, just a few weeks ago - post op, my weight was more than 208#! Which came off, for the most part, in a week, as it was all the fluids they flood your body with during the operation.

I feel much better, post-op,

That’s it for now - will be entering my meals, and thankfully, have not had another episode of paralysis in either leg, almost no sciatica, and most days I can feel the entire bottom of my feet.

Blood sugar in the am yesterday was 120, today, since I didn’t snack just before bedtime, it was 92.

In 3 weeks we resume singing in our chorus in NYC. This winter’s performance will be Handel’s ‘Messiah’ which I’ve sung about a dozen times already, 4 times with Cecilia Chorus of NY.
