Curried beef mince with egg milk topping normally served on rice with a side of chutney and curry sauce.

How strange! My first husband posted this on Facebook just the other day although his version was lamb. I’d not heard the name before (although I’m familiar with the concept of the dish)and now twice in as many days. It looks great!
