not been feeling well lately. sinus funk going on. It's got my gym performance down too. 😓

Yeah, cuts down on your oxygen intake, which cuts your energy level. Taking it easy should help recovery, though. Hope you feel better soon!

Tom, is cardio ok while fighting off a uti, and ear infection? Or should I just rest altogether for a couple of days?

Probably not typical cardio, but a casual, comfortable walk might feel good. Think “stay loose”, rather than “raise heart rate”. Stay near the bathroom and drink lots of water. If you don’t feel good, quit and go home, rest, and get well.
