I'm looking at my FS report for the week so far and I realized that dinner is my biggest meal of the day.....although that could probably be due to the massive bag of popcorn chicken that my boyfriend brought home because I KNOW I'm having serious control issues when it comes to eating popcorn chicken. Still, I think I'm going to try switching what I'd usually have for dinner for breakfast and vice versa. Consuming so many carbs at night can't be good for my weight loss.

consuming a ton of carbs is never good any time of day unless you are fueling a weight training session. better to eat healthy whole foods and reduce those mindless calories

@baskington that's true. But most of my carb consumption comes from foods I should be eating. So they aren't 'bad carbs' but I'm gonna start consuming them earlier in the day.
