I'm looking at my FS report for the week so far and I realized that dinner is my biggest meal of the day.....although that could probably be due to the massive bag of popcorn chicken that my boyfriend brought home because I KNOW I'm having serious control issues when it comes to eating popcorn chicken. Still, I think I'm going to try switching what I'd usually have for dinner for breakfast and vice versa. Consuming so many carbs at night can't be good for my weight loss.
