Is that two sandwiches using rolls? I’ve started making sliders for the kids. It’s a nice sized portion for me as well. It’s a good thing I wasn’t there and sitting next to you because I’d probably have stolen your plate ;). Great choices!

Yes they are 2 little rolls stuffed with one scoop of chicken salad and cheese and salami 😋 delicious and small. of course the fruit 🍉 to the max so I don’t have room to go wondering around at the dessert section 😏😋

I’m finding that this meal size here is about right for me as long as it’s hot, I’m visiting or otherwise occupied. It’s when I’m sitting at home in the AC just eating that I find it’s not enough. I think because other activity distracts me and take a bit longer to eat so seems like I’m eating for longer/more. Fruit was an excellent choice for a side or dessert!
