8/11: Fat 12.6%, Muscle 64.70kg (W 58.0%) 8/16: Fat 13.2%, Muscle 65.90kg (W 58.4%) 8/17: Fat 13.0%, Muscle 65.80kg (W 58.6%)
Going leaner with my food seem to help. Was a bit rough to see that increase in fat% yesterday. Now see hope to get it fixed in a few days with less fat intake.
