Weight at my WW meeting was exactly the same as last week, and exactly the same as yesterday on my home scale. Astonishing event this morning: I was rushing to get to an exercise class and actually forgot to eat breakfast!! I simply never, and I mean never, skip a meal! I did have my coffee, of course, but WOW, that was a first. Don't know what to make of it.
