Haven't lost an ounce this week. However I had to put a new notch in my belt to keep my pants from falling down!! Played hockey with the boys and I'm skating much faster with more endurance. And those are my overall goals. No more buying clothes because I "out grew" the old ones and be able to continue sports, specifically hockey ( those young guys are so fast!).
