Sadly, milk products reactivate symptoms, but nitrate-free bacon is OK. Bacon makes everything better. Yesterday, OMAD with a pound of grass-fed beef and some butter coffee kept me going all day. That could become expensive, so today, I'll just have more coffee and some free-range eggs cooked with the ever popular bacon.
This morning, someone else is bringing the donuts, so I don't have to spend much time with this "art form". Doughnuts do not tempt me anymore, unless this grammar-nazi is trying to settle on a proper spelling. This afternoon, I have an appointment to get a Raindrop massage. :D
