Whoohoo! Unofficial weight this morning is 76.8 kg! Our CF class got cancelled last night because of riots happening nearby, so hubby & I got up this morning & practised double unders for 30 minutes. Just to keep us on the go! I got whip-lashed like a B****! Happy Thursday everyone!

LOL @Annelizej40 - I only got 3 consecutively this morning. Hubby is the expert, but he's had many more years of practice. I've given up before, but found a new will to get them right!

Practice makes perfect, keep going! Sad when you can't double under you have to double the skips! By the way, I hit myself like that with normal skipping! They have a competition at Silverstar in Krugersdorp this weekend, I'm going to watch as a few of our gym's people are competing, can't wait!
