Today is my acutual first day on the Fat Flush Plan. I started yesterday but am not counting it because I still had to get the supplements and go "grocery shopping" for it. Wow, it's expensive to eat healthy! I have also been doing the cd's from Yoga Booty Ballet off and on and am really hoping that in conjuction with the Fat Flush Plan I'll really start to see results. It really hasn't been to hard so far. The hardest things for me are staying away from pop and no snacking the way I used to. The cranberry water is..well different. Definately an aquired taste. I can't find the recommeneded sweetner from the book anywhere so I'll have to order it online I guess. If you have any beginner suggestions, send them my way.

The expence does lessen after you get the hang of it. I find now that the foods are just my groceries for the week. Yes the cranberry drink does take some getting use to but you will. Once you finish getting the hang of it all you will find it very easy to stay away from the pop and the snacking... you just find the better things to snack on. I like to save my hard boiled eggs for late snacking. Good luck! I like to grill my chicken on sunday and then cut it up and put it in baggies for the week. You can freeze some of them and they are so easy to grab and take with you for lunch. I also find small bags of broccoli come in helpful too. Who ever thought I would love to snack on broccoli but I really do. I also will take the whey protein and mix it with water and then pour it into my water bottles. It is pretty bland but also helps me to get my shakes in when I don't have a blender around. I just eat a handful of berries when I drink it. I also like to have apples on hand for every day for my mid morning snack. I find the fiber in the cranberry drink in the am really keeps me full for most of the morning so I don't feel so hungry. Just be sure to eat all your meals. Also on the run a grilled chicken ceasar salad with no cheese and croutons and only lemon for dressing is easy to find at any fast food restaurant. Hope all goes well for you. Drink lots of water and don't forget the lemon and apple cider vinegar. You can use the acv for salad dressing too if you like the taste.
