Strengths yesterday:
-I cut my eating window short when I realized I had filled up on junk... normally the mistake of eating junk would lead to a binge
-did some exercise

Weaknesses yesterday:
-couldn’t resist the baked goods the kids wanted to make
134.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
