Well all I can say is get it together lady! WTF have you been doing. Perhaps journaling what i eat will keep me from repeatedly bad choices. Also incorporate a little more cardio into exercise. The tools are there, UTILIZE THEM!

Side note: about this time last year I was 12.5 pounds heavier. Keep up it up.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
